About Mingyur Rinpoche: 

Mingyur Rinpoche is a young Buddhist master who has been teaching and leading retreats in the West for a decade. His first book, The Joy of Living, published in 2007, draws on the tools of modern science to explain how the teachings of the Buddhist tradition of Tibet can help to transform the mind. His second book, Joyful Wisdom, focuses on anxiety and mental suffering, and describes how meditation can be applied to common emotional, physical and personal problems in order to transform our experience into deeper insight.

This will a great opportunity to receive a teaching from Mingyur Rinpoche before he starts a three year retreat in early 2011.
